Hi Guys,
I'm looking for an anser to my question.
I would like to setup my BOOK IT in order to offer quantity discount to Customer who book for severals room even if the dates are not following.
i.e.
If my Customer book the 1,2 3 and 10.11.12 and 21 and 25 of this month, that means he book for 8 dates.
So, how BOO IT can apply VOLUME DISCOUNT.
What can I do.?
What is the understanding for "Discount for whole reservation" and "Discount for reservation unit".?

Hi Vebi,
I found on bugg.
In previous version 2.2.5, BOOK IT was in position to save for the "Booking Configuration/Formating".
Now, 2.2.9 doesn't save the setting.
So, even if I use the defaut setting the calendar is virgin.
In one other hand, Even if I click on Month layout or day layout, the calendar doesn't switch.
At the end if I click on a time to book area or a day to book, nothing happen!!!!

Also I found something strange:
No date, no time, in the calendar.
Also the calendar doent switch to Day layout and month layout !!!
I guess there are some bugg!
Do Artio support team can explain me.?

Hi
I just updated my Book it with version 2.2.9 and now, nothing works any more!
On customer page, calendars are not displayed.
And on joomla management page / Bookable items / price it is necessary to enter price date each time I apply modification (even if the modification is not on price tab).
Who can let me know what's happen with version 2.2.9?

Also I'm not responsible for the mistake of URL as your product desciprion doen't explain clearly:
"we have to register this or that".
Asking for 2.9 euro for a lack of info from your web site is not fair.
this is why I ask for a free of charge new download ID.
If you can offer, Better for me to claim for refound via paypal and later on puchasing a new download ID.
This is not the situation.
Don't you think.?

Avez vous une copie d'ecran de l'arboresecence ou cela devrait etre.?

I tried to configure the email send after a customer booking.
Unfortunaly I found that close to all "Reservation, Change Status, Notification Marks" in "Edit SMS/E-mail Template" are wrong or not working.
Who has the correct mark list.?
This below is what I get when an email comes:

I did it just because when I redirect my URL adress to my server, the IP adress is shwon.
So, please send me a new valid Download ID.

I have no TEST site, only one as www.jehol-77.com hosted by my own serveur.
Also by reading once again you web site, there is explaination which makes the difference between URL and IP adresse.
In my understanding, if i make a mistake by placing www.jehol-77.com instead of 78.221.244.45/joomla/ it is because your maket place is not clear enough.
So, can't you send me a new Dowload ID free of charge.?
Or do you recommend me to ask for refound and to purchase a new one.?

I purchased URL www.jehol-77.com from OVH.com company.
OVH is a famous URL provider in France.
(close to be the best one)
Due to some l reason I rederect my web site hosted by OVH. This is why www.jehol-77.com is definitaly routed to my own server on 78.221.244.45/joomla/

Yes it is.
- plugin "bookingpayment/paypal" is enabled
Yes it is and ordering is set on ARTIO Ordering SoFort.
Is that correct.?
