Hi, I paid October 3rd. Order number 6033. However, I never received my download ID.
The topic has been locked.

Hello,
that is right, your order has still "pending" status in our system. Do not know why, PayPal payments are usually confirmed instantly.

I will now check with PayPal if the payment was received. If you would have PayPal invoice ID, it could help us a bit localize your transaction.

I found no payment on 3rd of October matching order ID 6033.
I also tried to search using your email, but no result was returned.
Please, try to send us some some ID that could help us identify the payment at PayPal - Receipt ID, Invoice ID or similar.
