When i deactivate "System - ARTIO JoomSEF" Plugin it works! Anybody an idea?

Thank you for reporting this problem. We've fixed it in our Zoo extension. You can update the extension from JoomSEF's Extensions Manager page.

The blank page (if you mean a completely white page) means there's some error in PHP encountered. Check your server's errors log and post the error message reported.

Blank Page is not correct... I added a Zoo Article Menu Entry and the Link is /demo/ but the correct one is /demo/article...
