Thank you for your response; I'll try to clarify our request:

1. We want to take deposit and allow the client to book a date, and show that date as reserved pending confirmation, but we want to negotiate price before final confirmation of the reservation. Most venues in our area only offer request for quote on their websites, and since competition is strong, most do not post prices, preferring to negotiate with client.

2. We do want to enter prices when we set up rooms and supplements; we just do not want them displayed in the front end during reservation. Since we have a very wide range of available rooms, we don't want client to have price as a consideration before requesting a reservation (or quote.)

Our objective here is to go a step further that our competition, who only offer quote on request. We feel that we have a better chance to get the booking if the client is able to see that a conditional booking is done, and the desired date shows reserved until negotiation is completed.

We are reworking the site irish-american.org; the non-profit heritage center also serves as venue for private events and we want to include online booking/reservations. I have reviewed the documentation for Bookit Pro, and have searched forums, but cannot find answers for two requirements we need:

1. We want to show available dates for each of our rooms and allow conditional reservation with deposit, pending confirmation upon callback by our representative and negotiation of terms.
2. We do not want to include pricing in the front end (most venues in our area use simple "Request for Quote".) However, since we offer rooms and extras like china, linen, bar packages, etc., we do want to preload prices (with option to override after negotiation.)

If we purchase licenses for Bookit 2 Pro and Invoicing add-on, can we achieve these two requirements?
