The activation links are the same, sef or non-sef i.e.
With joomsef enabled:

With Joomsef disabled on clicking the activation link you are taken to the following url which also contains a successful activation message:

With Joomsef enabled you are taken to the following url with no activation message:

I am using Joomshoppings own login module.

Have recently updated both Joomshopping to 3.7.2 and the latest Joomsef Joomshopping extension.
I now have a problem with user registration. When a user tries to register for the first time on our website an activation link is correctly sent to the users registered e-mail address. However on clicking on the activation link, the user is just sent to the products page and not the login page and without a successful activation message. The users account is not activated. If the new user tries to login he receives a message stating his account is not activated.
This behaviour did not occur before the updates.
All works fine when disabling Joomsef.

Yes, I can confirm it is the JShopping Currencies module version 3.0.1.

I thought I'd mention just in case it is related, a similar behaviour. In the main menu is a link entitled Our Products. This link is set to take you to a list of the Joomshopping categories but when clicking on it, again it just refreshes the home page.
I also had a sub-menu link, which I have now disabled, which should have listed All Products but again this just refreshed the homepage. All other links seem fine.

I've only mentioned the above in case it may be related in some way to this issue.

Thanks for that but no, It doesn't appear to have cured the problem.
I did purge urll's and clear the cache etc but this behaviour still exists.

Any further suggestions?

I have the latest Joomsef 4.2.4 with the Joomshopping ext plugin 3.05 on Joomla 2.5.2

I have enabled the Joomshopping currencies module to allow for changing currencies.
When opening a product and then trying to change the currency from the default currency the site returns to the homepage and the currency stays on its default (Euro).

When disabling joomsef this behaviour doesn't occur.
