i have seen now that the same problem is in other components from joomla so it is not a problem of vminvoce ...
but maybe anyone have an idea how i can solve it...

i have a problem with my vminvoice. In the backend were i can configure the template for the bill, the editor does not show anything only if i turned off the editor the code will been shown. I tried with TinyMCE 3, TinyMCE 2 and artofeditor, but nothing. In joomla articles it work fine....

i use joomla 1.5.23 and virtuemart 1.1.9. vminvoice 2.0.12 ( with the last version of vminvoive it is the same but the button to turn off the editor does not work, so i can´t see enything, not even the code)

Do you have any Idea?

and know anyone why the editor button is not in line? in Joomla articels it is ok ...

i try it again and now it is working ... what i not understand is there are still a customer without a address in the table jos_vm_user_info but with an address in the bill mmmm?

maybe i fount the reason ...

that is very interesting because of the fact that i can not find the costumer address information in the table jos_vm_user_info. ??? all adress-data from virtuemart will be saved there but not from vminvoice ... mmm if i make an order with the backend from vminvoice the customer become a jommla user in jos_user but not in jos_vm_user_info mmm
only if i change the address from a virtuemart user (generatet from the shop) the adress will change in jos_vm_user_info.

Maybe you have an idee??

Hello,

To mange the Costumer who buy without a account we are writing a tool which delete the costumer and oder info from the db. But i cant fount the place were the address information were saved when i make a order with the Vminvoice backend.

can you tell me please were vminvoice save the address information? It isn't in the same table like virtuemart.

u have done withe the vminvoice a good work and still working on it ... now i am looking for a tool which make it for my customer possible to make orders by Sku or product name on one page ... like the way i can making Manuel orders in the backed of vminvoice.

With this tool customer can make an oder in a fast way which has already been chosen by a printed catalog ...
(maybe like the cart page form virtuemart with the opportunity to add new products)

if u want to make such a tool i would buy it ;o)...

and if you do that is it possible to add a option to show the singe price per item with tax. I think for my customer it is important that it is easily to understand where the end price come from.
Like: quantity=2, single prices with tax 5 €, subtotal 10 € ...

i don't fount a way, without working in the code, to display the single prices with tax.

i thought the error message came from the background image so i don't try without http authentication and debug modus ...

i try it with images from my site which use in other joomla articles... png and jpg.
i try to disable safe mode but nothing.

my problem is: if customer use a coupon code (like 10% discount of the customer end-price (with tax)) the invovie shows only the tax values without the discount. But i want to show the right tax values in the invoice.

I had re-oder the invoice template that only at the end of the invoice after the total price the tax summary is shown (see Attachment) ... like included Tax: 19 % = x.xx €, 7% = x.xx €

How can i show the tax values with is calculated from virtuemart .. there show the right values ... in the backend from vminvoives it is already set to "taken from virtuemart"

i use multiple tax rates.

when i make a manual order the product quantity is not checked ... so i can make orders that takes the quantity to negatives vaults ... in my shop customer can´t make orders if there is nothing or not enough on stock...

maybe you can add the possibility to check the stock of a product during making a manual order ... maybe with a field which shows the actual stock of a selected product.

i want to change the text "bill number". I use germen so the text is "RECHNUNG xxx". I want to change it to "Rechnung und Lieferschein xxx" How can i do that ... unfortunately i don't fount the Text"Rechnung" in any file so i have no Idea were the Text come from...

Now i found a solution but is not really good ...
i change in administrator/components/com_vminvoice/helpers/invoicehtml.php

$text = JText::_((! $this->deliveryNote) ? 'INVOICE' : 'DELIVERY NOTE');
to
$text = JText::_('INVOICE_TEXT');

than i add "INVOICE_TEXT=Rechung und Lieferschein" in the file administrator/language/de-DE/de-DE.com_vminvoice.ini

i don't need the delivery note so it works but if u have a better solution ... it would be great
