Hello,

I just upgraded VMInvoice for my client from 2.0.28 to 2.0.29.
Since we upgraded the line space in the invoice is lost. Everthing is really close to each other. It looks as the margins oder paddings for paragraphs <p> are not copied to the PDF.
Before the upgrade the invoice was looking really good, now it is a bit of a mess.

Please give an urgent hint.

2. Is it possible to lock files, so that nobody else can edit it while I do?

Hello,

I have VM Invoice 2.0.28. with J2.5.14
I have product attributes with German umlaute i.e. Ö and also with ß (sz)
In my PDFs the attributes are ok. But if I open and edit an invoice the special characters in the product attributes are changed. If I just save the invoice the characters stay wrong.
Kissengrö�e --> in PDF: Kissengrö�e

If I correct the values and save it and then they are okay:
Kissengröße --> in PDF: Kissengröße

If I open/edit the invoice again the attribute is wrong again:
Kissengrö�e




I cannot always go back and change my attributes manually.
What can I do?

Hi there,

I just moved on a domain my joomla-folder from www.domain.com/joomla to the root directory wwww.domain.com

In this webspace there are also old static html-files, old static folders and in a subfolder there is an old typo3 installation (www.domain.com/content/) which I need to keep for the next weeks.

I don't want joomSEF the change the URLs of these static files and the subfolder /content

Who can I do this?

Hello,

I want to show the order date (or order create date) in my invoice. But I cannot find a variable for that - only {invoice_date}
I am using J2.5.9, Artio 2.0.24
I want to show
Order date (ie. Customer ordered on 25-02-2013) --> {?????}
Invoice date (ie. Invoice created on 1-3-2013) --> {invoice_date}
Taxable Payment date (in 14 days from invoice date calculated) --> {taxable_payment_date}

Basically, I want an overwrite protection for already generated invoices. Aren't they stored on the server somewhere? Or are they always newly generated?

Hello,

I am using VMInvoice 2.0.23.
I can create PDF Invoices without any problems - works perfect! :-).

However, once a PDF is created, if I change the template then the PDF is changed (regenerated with the new template), too. This should not happen unless I delete the invoice before.
Because if I already sent an invoice to my customer, then I change the template, then the invoice that I already sent to my customer, must not be changed.

This is really a problem for me (legally). I am not allowed to change an invoice after it is created.

How can I prevent my PDFs from being regenerated?

Hello,

I am using the VMInvoice and it is working great for me :-).
I have to adjust the invoice:
I need to show the customer ID on the invoice. But the VM2 customer ID is really awfull: many letters and numbers. Can I change this in VMInvoice?

Second question:
The shoppers don't have to sign up for shopping on my site. If I go to "Invoice/Order Management" then I want to add a shopper to my customers. So at the bottom in the field "Existing/New Customer" I select "New customer" --> then all shopper address fields are deleted/emptied/blank! Is this a bug?
How can I add a shopper manually as customer and therefore give it a customer ID.
