This is the third topic I've started on the same thing. Every time I try and respond to a previous topic, it has already been locked. I'm not sure why topics get locked so fast, but it's very frustrating.

Getting parameters to save. A couple of parameters such as 'show # displayed items' and custom time/date format do not save after I've adjusted them. This causes a few layout issues such as one week on the week view calendar spans two rows because the day headers are Dayoftheweek, day, month, year. I'd like to get it to DAY/MM/DD... as well as change for 24 hour time to 12 hour am/pm format.

When I click save, it goes back to default no matter what I do.

Please help and please don't lock the topic before I have a chance to respond.

I'm currently using Joomla 3.3.1 and booking version 2.2.9.

I have spent quite a bit of time getting ARTIO Booking 2 installed on my Joomla 3.x site. It's a great app but I'm having some issues getting everything as I'd like it to be.

1. Getting parameters to save. A couple of parameters such as 'show # displayed items' and custom time/date format do not save after I've adjusted them. 2. Week view defaults to 4 weeks. No matter how hard I try, the default week view shows 4 weeks. In both global and bookable items parameters, it's set to 1 week visible. I'd like to show one week at a time.

3. Booking page is a LONG single column. Customer info parameters are set for half the fields but all of them show up. Item Title has price, deposit, tax, total. For now, my bookable items are free. Reservation Status & Payment field are next with unnecessary fields. THEN Contact Info with more fields showing than the set parameters. How can I get this confirmation screen as SHORT/SIMPLE as possible?

Can someone help me figure out how to make booking some rooms at a 30 minute interval for free can happen?
