Answer

  1. Download installation package from download area
  2. Unpack package on the disk of your computer.
  3. Copy content of the folder admin into folder administrator/components/com_booking
  4. Copy content of the folder site into folder components/com_booking
  5. Select "Refresh Database" Control Panel -> Configuration -> Error Log
    If Booking is completely blocked then you can fire the refresh process with the URL 
    your-domain/administrator/index.php?option=com_booking&controller=errors&task=refreshDatabase
