How to resolve Mootools x jQuery conflict?

If some extension or template uses jQuery framework for Javascript there can be conflict with Mootools. jQuery has tool to resolve it. It requires:

• import jQuery first - before Mootools
• run jQuery in non-conflict mode with command described here http://api.jquery.com/jQuery.noConflict/
