This is a continuation of extremely popular component DocMan, that was however available only for Joomla 1.0 and Joomla 1.5 in legacy mode. JoomDoc is optimized to be Joomla! 1.5 native. JoomDoc [DocMan 2] enables to present documents organized in multi-level category hierarchy in various media formats and users to download them. You can allow users also to upload new documents. All can be driven based on standard Joomla user permission levels system. This is initial release with many bug fixes. Feature improvements shall follow this release soon. |
